Mortgage document collection, without chasing clients for paperwork

DeepFlow asks your clients for the documents that fit their profile and receives them in a secure portal. The AI reads, checks and sorts each document as it arrives. Reminders go out on their own and list only what’s missing.

In brief

A document list tailored to each file

A salaried employee and a self-employed worker don’t provide the same proof. DeepFlow requests the documents that match the applicants’ profile, by text and by email. Co-borrowers are handled within the same file.

A portal your clients understand

The client opens their upload space with a one-time code sent to their email address. There’s no password to remember. They give their consent, then see what’s requested and what’s missing.

The portal works on a phone or a computer, in French or English. A photo taken with the phone, a PDF or a screenshot: everything is uploaded in the same place.

The AI reads, checks and sorts

As each file arrives, the AI recognizes the type of document and puts it in the right category:

It also checks legibility, the year and the name. When it’s in doubt, it flags it to you instead of making the call. It never decides on its own.

Reminders that list only what’s missing

The client gets a specific reminder, not a generic message. You no longer have to keep track of outstanding documents or write the follow-ups yourself.

Where the documents go

The file is delivered to your tools: your CRM, your mortgage software and your inbox. A PDF summary of the file is produced.

At DeepFlow, documents are not kept indefinitely. They are automatically destroyed about 120 days after they are received, a period you can extend once, by 60 days.

Security

Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Documents and the database are hosted in Canada. Details are on the Security and privacy page.

Document collection is included in all plans. A file counts only once, when its collection starts: co-borrowers and reminders don’t count.

Frequently asked questions
