What DeepFlow does

The client fills out a smart form with your branding. Their answers are written in three places: in your CRM, in MortgageBOSS and in a PDF summary of the file. You find the file in MortgageBOSS, already filled in.

What stays in your hands

You review the file, you complete it and you are the one who submits it. DeepFlow prepares; it doesn’t decide. GDS and TDS ratios are calculated separately, from the client’s documents, so you come to the analysis with verifiable numbers. See GDS and TDS calculation.

Does DeepFlow submit the file to the lender for me?

No. DeepFlow prepares the file. The broker reviews it, completes it and submits it themselves.

Do I also need a CRM to use DeepFlow with MortgageBOSS?

DeepFlow feeds your CRM and MortgageBOSS in parallel. If you don’t have a CRM yet, we can set one up for you, as an option.
